Brandon and his team at Essen Technologies were the best subcontractors we worked with on our custom home. Initially we were referred to another home automation company who submitted a significantly expensive bid that was overdone. When we engaged with Brandon he worked a proposal that was totally practical and was very honest about what things were important and which expenses weren’t necessary. And in the end the bid was significantly less and the final outcome wasn’t sacrificed at all. In fact the quality of the implementation has been exceptional, the entire team is extremely talented, professional and super responsive. I honestly give them a 10 out 10 and highly recommend them for any home automation needs.
We built a custom home last year, and worked with Brandon and Essen to build out our home theater. He was completely accommodating around our design goals, a 175” 4k 7.4.2 Atmos setup in an acoustically optimal room. Brandon sourced the right hardware per our spec, made honest (and in the case of the projector, cheaper!) recommendations around what would work best in our specific situation. Setup was fast and efficient. The room is perfectly tuned. Highly Recommended!
